SHIPPING FAQ:

 

When will my order arrive, and will I be able to track it?

·       Delivery times are not guaranteed and will vary. Since this is a two-person operation at the moment, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking to follow once your order is ready to ship.

 

I put the wrong shipping address. How do I change this?

·       We ship to the address given at the time of purchase, and cannot ensure an address change after this point. However, please e-mail us right away at aj.fabricius@hexedclothing.com with the updated address. We will do our best to make this change. If the change is not made and the address is invalid, it will be returned to us. Once it arrives we will reach out to the customer about reshipment.

 

My order is being returned to sender. What happens now?

·       If your order is being returned due to an address issue, you will need to e-mail us an updated address. Once your package makes its way back to us, we will get in contact with you, the customer for an additional reshipment fee. If a refund is requested please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

My tracking information says my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What can I do?

·       Hexed Clothing will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have a delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please contact your local post office for further info on lost or stolen mail.

 

Do you ship internationally? How long do order deliveries take?

·       We ship worldwide. International Shipments can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. Note, delivery times are not guaranteed and will always vary with the way the weather, and conditions of your country. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and shipping. If we anticipate a longer processing period, we will make a post on one of our social websites updating you throughout the process. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking to follow along once your order is ready to ship.

How much does international shipping cost? Do I have to pay customs fees?

·       International shipping costs vary worldwide, please go through the check out process to view your total beforehand. Please be aware, you the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We will not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you will be ready to have your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

 

 

 

 

OTHER FAQ:

 

I’m not sure about the order I just placed... Can I change the design, or size? Can I add something else to my order?

·       Once your order has been placed, we cannot edit it or change it. You will need to place a new order, or go through our exchange process. 

 

How do I make a return or exchange?

·       We do not allow exchanges after the order has been placed; no changes may be made to your order. In the event of a damaged item (I.E. hole, tear, or evident damage to item) Please contact us. All items are hand-printed; no two garments are exactly alike. Marks, splatters, and different placement and patterns of image may differ.

 

When will a certain design be restocked? Do you have a mailing list?

·       We are working on a mailing list, please check back soon. The best way to keep up on restock dates is to follow us on Instagram, and Facebook. Announcements will be made on the pages below.

 

 

I’m having an issue at check out, and keep getting an error page. What do I do now?

·       We recommend waiting or checking back at a later time. If the problem continues, try signing up with a PayPal account and checking out that way. You can also try changing your browser or ordering on a mobile device. These solutions have worked for others with similar check out issues. Should the problem persist, please e-mail us.

 

I have a question about sizing. How do your t-shirts, etc. fit?

·       All of our shirts are a unisex fit, and are printed on Gildan G500 shirts.

 

Will you reprint a limited edition item?

·       These limited edition items are a one-time thing only. Get them while they're hot cause they won't always be there. They are only available for purchase during that promotional period.

 

 I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail for my order?

·       You should receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you didn't receive that e-mail, please check your spam folder. You may have put your e-mail address incorrectly? Please contact us with the corrected e-mail. This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirming your e-mail you will also not receive the e-mail with your shipment notification and tracking information.

 

 

Do you provide in store pick-ups for online orders?

·       We currently do not offer a will-call option at this time.
